| Ron has been with Monett Metals since June 2006 and has over 15 years of manufacturing experience. His current responsibilities include management and direction of the company’s Safety and Quality programs. Ron has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering along with industry recognized certifications as a Quality Manager, Quality Engineer and Six Sigma Black Belt. His background has provided him the knowledge and ability to utilize proven techniques to improve levels of quality, productivity and customer satisfaction. |
Harold has been with Monett Metals since December 2004 and has over 15 years of manufacturing experience. His current responsibilities include Engineering & Pattern Shop. Harold has a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana.

Sandy came to work for Monett Metals in 1997 after completing computer training at Vatterott College in Joplin, MO. Her duties included receptionist, shipping clerk, order entry and Production Coordinator. In February of 2007, Sandy moved into management as our Customer Service Representative. Current responsibilities include coordinating between customers and the production staff to provide quality service to our customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
